Cancellation/refund policy:
Should we not be able to replace your cancelled booking then the following will apply:
We will recover 25% of quoted tariff if cancelled within 30 days of the reservation date or the full quoted tariff if the cancellation occurs within seven days of the reservation date. We will make every effort to rebook the room and reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy if no replacement booking is received. If we are able to replace your cancelled booking a refund will be provided.
