All prices are inclusive of NZ GST which is currently 15%.  Hidden Lodge reserves the right to change this if New Zealand Government legislation is amended in this regard.

 

Booking Inclusions:

  • Continental and Cooked Breakfast, Use of Lodge facilities including gym, sauna and wood-fired hot pool, Laundry facilities, Pre-dinner drink and canapes, Secure off street parking.
  • Book and DVD library, Use of Outdoor Courtyard and Fireplace as well as all lodge common areas, Restaurant and activities booking service.

 

Booking Conditions

  • *Minimum stay of 3 nights for bookings between 20th December 2018 – 10 January 2019*

 

Booking Procedure:

Please send reservations to email: [email protected] indicating the nights requested and the suite preference.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation within 30 days of booking incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the full cost of the item
  • Cancellation within 14 days of booking incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full cost of the item

Child Policy

  • The lodge is unsuitable for infants and children under the age of 14 and rooms for more than two persons are not available. Lodge rooms comfortably sleep 2 people in a Super King bed or two King Singles.
  • Please note this policy does not apply for an all of lodge booking i.e. all four suites booked in one booking.

 

Payment Policy
Prepayment 7 days prior to client arrival until credit has been established.
