As our guest you’ll be welcomed by Lodge General Manager, Claudia Bartsch. Claudia is passionate about making your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. From restaurant recommendations to scenic sightseeing suggestions, Claudia has all the details at her fingertips to help you enjoy your stay at Hidden Lodge, in Queenstown and the surrounding area.

Claudia has extensive management experiences in five and six star accommodation properties in Queenstown, Fiji and Germany. Claudia is originally from Germany where she gained a certificate of expert in hotel business from the Ritterplan School of Hotel Management in Goettingen. Claudia is eloquent in both English and German.

As well as providing professional yet relaxed service at Hidden Lodge, Claudia also manages to find a little time to look after the beautiful horse Lad and her dogs Primo & Pryde. Our very own rescue hens are flourishing under Claudia’s care, providing fresh eggs for breakfasts.
