TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of your booking, every effort will be made to rebook the accommodation. If that is not possible and you cancel within 30 days of the date of arrival you will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking cost. If cancellation is within 14 days, the cancellation charge will be 100%. We strongly advise guests to take out appropriate insurance to cover such eventualities.
Children
Guests come to McHardy Lodge to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Lodge and facilities. Regrettably we are unable to accommodate young children. Older teenage children may be accommodated in their own suite at our normal rates. Additional beds in rooms are not available.
Meals
A full a la carte breakfast is included in the tariff.

INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
Invoices will be e mailed to the contact person you designate and are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of guest departure unless prior arrangements have been made with us. We regret we cannot accept payment by agent cheque or credit card.
