Taurikura Lodge offers our guests a unique purpose built Lodge accomodation with only 4 intimate boutique ensuite luxury rooms in rural New Zealand. The Taurikura Lodge tariff is tailored to suit your individual needs. On offer – luxurious king size beds, luxuriant linens, fine dining – all meals, individual health treatments/massage, farm experience and courtesy airport transfers.
Activities
Our guests can enjoy lounging in the spa or heated pool but if you are more adventurous we offer a wide range of kiwi experience activities such as mountain biking, quad biking through the native bush, hiking the rail trail or a hands on farm experience with the dairy cows.
Massage & Health Treatments
Our qualified aromatherapist will provide you with exceptional individual health treatments. We use only organic essential oils for their medicinal and therapeutic properties in massage, inhalation, topically, footbaths or as a bath treatment.
Our Rooms
All our luxuriously appointed rooms are large Kingsize rooms with luxurious bed linen 550 threadcount sheets, electric blankets, goosedown duvets, heatpump, TV/DVD with hd, phone and internet connection.
Every Room has an ensuite with wet floor shower, robes and slippers, complimentary organic shower gel and bathroom products.
Facing the sun, overlooking the pool, spa area and an open paddock facing the sunset in the evening. Guest suites are separated from the main living areas and are peaceful and relaxing.
Your Hosts Wayne & Toni ....Wayne & Toni are self-made entrepreneurs, have spent time in high corporate positions and are now back on their 150 acre working farm to run their newly built Lodge. We have had this idea building for five years and Toni has trained as an Aromatherapist to offer yummy treatments and Wayne is a semi-retired CEO with fabulous cooking skills. We have travelled extensively and dealt with international people for more than 20 years. We feel with our life skills and experience we have aimed for a market we know well.
