Reservations and enquiries can be made with each Luxury Lodge, Bed and Breakfast, or Inn by simply using our convenient Reservation Planner.
You can book your whole NZ itinerary or any part of it by using the Heritage & Character New Zealand Portfolio Reservation Planner - adding reservations along your route for the dates that your require. You can see firsthand the availability of each Inn, be able to select the room you want and the date and enter your credit card details just once to make all the reservations on your list with just one click of the button.
Here's how it works:
1. Select the area that you are travelling to and from the list of Inns displayed, select the inn that best suits your requirements, selecting the date and the room that you wish to reserve. If you need more than one night select consecutive dates. The room is available if the price is shown.
2. Once you click on your selection, it goes into a shopping basket, and you are able then to return to the list of Inns and select as many more as you need for your itinerary.
3. When you have completed all your reservations, you will see all of your selections are a list at the top left hand corner of the web page.

4. Fill in the form, with your credit card details, which are transmitted via secure server to each Inn for confirmation.
