King Suite
The King Suite makes you feel special. It’s not just the space, but the thoughtful extras.
Entry is via a security keypad to your own spacious lounge and dining area. The kitchenette in your suite ensures that if a longer stay is required you can be totally self contained. Laundry facilities in the King Suite is also provided.
The private bedroom provides all the luxury you require to make your stay a special one. Super King bed, Egyptian cotton linen, 100% goosedown duvet, and robes to relax in.
The ensuite features a clawfoot bath, walk-in shower, underfloor heating, thick fluffy towels and aromatherapy toiletries.
French doors open from your bedroom to a patio with fountain view where you can barbeque, breakfast, or enjoy a wine.
The King Suite offers versatile options to accommodate friends and family. The Super King bed in the bedroom can be altered to provide a twin single bed setup. An extra pull-out single bed is also available.

The Duo-Suite in effect becomes a large 2 bedroom, 2 ensuite apartment. With exclusive use of the garden, flexible living and dining areas, a kitchenette and laundry facilities, it contains everything you need for your getaway.
The Studio
Situated at the rear of the property, the Studio room offers contemporary styling in a relaxed space.
Access is via a private front door and up a set of stairs.
The Studio has a queen sized bed with all the luxury you would expect from Briarwood – Egyptian cotton linen, 100% goosedown duvet, and robes to relax in.
A kitchenette with all you need for a weekend away, plush sofas to retreat to, and a dining area completes your home away from home.
Relax outside downstairs in your fully enclosed garden.
The Studio is pet friendly and dogs are permitted by prior arrangement.
