Elegant Braemar on Parliament is unique, the only Victorian Town House in the Auckland Central Business District that is still a family home. Our downtown Auckland location means cinemas, theatres, cafes, restaurants and beautiful parks are just a short stroll away. Opposite the High Court and next to Auckland University, walk to Vector Arena, the ASB Tennis Stadium, the Skytower and casino.
Full breakfast is served in our downstairs dining room which features fine linen, silver cutlery and bone china.

We share our home with two toy poodles and a small black and white cat. They have us well trained.

Can be booked in conjunction with Norman's room as a family suite. This room is perfect for the traveller who travels light but still wishes to enjoy the comfort of a fabulous bed, and a full cooked breakfast in our lovely dining room downstairs,

Your Hosts Susan ....Hello, I'm Susan Sweetman, your host. In 1994 my husband John and I fell in love with this old house, so saving it from imminent demolition and continuing its useful life has been our mission for the past few years. Now we get to share it with people from all over the world, which is great fun, and they get to sample life in inner city Auckland in a late Victorian/early Edwardian townhouse.
