Heritage & Character New Zealand Portfolio - B&B and Lodge Accommodation New Zealand
Heritage & Character New Zealand Portfolio is a not-for-profit marketing cooperative. It pools the annual financial contributions of its members and and uses these funds for the benefit of the membership. Because there are no overheads in the form of offices or personnel, virtually all of the funds are invested in marketing and networking activities.
We have a reputable quality brand in the national & international b&b accommodation market.
If you

· Already operate as a Lodge or B&B
it may be a rewarding and enjoyable experience to become a member of Heritage & Character New Zealand Portfolio. On joining you will immediately begin to benefit from the increased exposure your property will receive, the guarantee of quality that consumers associate with our member properties and the pooled knowledge and experience of other members.
We do, however, have 3 very important requirements:
1. You must be the owner of the lodge, b&b, inn or boutique hotel applying for membership.
2. You must have a minimum 4 Star Qualmark Rating (in the Guest & Hosted category) or be prepared to have Qualmark 'Applied For' status (Guest & Hosted) at the time of joining.
3. You must use, or be prepared to subscribe to, the 'Availability' property management system (PMS) or any PMS that integrates with the Bookit.co.nz online channel manger.
2012 / 2013 membership fees:
- 1 & 2 rooms $495.00 + GST
- 3 rooms $652.50 + GST
- 4+ rooms $990.00 + GST
Plus:
One-off joining fee (new members only): $300 + GST
Annual conference fee: $100 + GST
